ROMA (ITALPRESS) – The Ministry of Economy and Finance announces a dual issue within the BTP Valore family that will take place from Monday 19th to Friday 23rd October (until 13pm), except for early closure. For the first time two different BTPs will be offered simultaneously, which can be purchased either alternatively or jointly, or: BTP Value for 5 years and coupons paid every three months increasing over time according to a profile that will be announced before issue; BTP Value Together, always with duration 5 years, but with single coupon paid to the saver at the expiry date of the title. The minimum guaranteed coupon rates for the two titles placed in this new issue, as well as the ISIN that will identify the two distinct BTP Values, will be communicated on Friday, October 16. At the end of the placement, the minimum rates communicated may be confirmed or revised on the rise, if the market conditions required it.
The two BTP Values, although different on the level of the frequency of cedolar payments, will offer the issue equivalent yields from the financial point of view. As with previous issues, both titles can only be purchased from small savers through their home banking, if enabled by online trading functions, or by contacting their bank representative or post office where you have a current account with the securities deposit account. The investment can start, for each of the securities issued, from a minimum of 1.000 euros, always having the certainty to see undersigned the amount requested.
The securities will be placed at the same time and without commissions during the placement days, remaining the costs of managing the securities account or online trading required and due to its bank where present. The refund will also be equal, in a single solution upon expiry. Expected the usual fee for all Treasury vouchers to 12.5%, the exemption from inheritance taxes, and the exclusion from ISEE calculation up to 50,000 euros invested in government bonds. The placement will take place on the MOT platform (the telematic market of Borsa Italiana bonds and government bonds) through two dealer banks, Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A. and UniCredit S.p.A. and two banks co-dealer, Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena S.p.A. and Banco BPM S.p.A.
