MILANO (ITALPRESS) – The Board of Directors of Alleanza Assicurazioni S.p.A., which met today under the chairmanship of Andrea Mencattini, has taken note of the resignations resigned by Chief Executive Officer Davide Passero, who has therefore ceased the post of Director, CEO and General Manager of the Company. The same Council has appointed, always with effect from today, Chief Executive Officer and General Manager Marco Oddone, current adviser of the Company, attributing him the necessary delegates to carry out the task.
Oddone has a long experience in insurance and financial advice. He joined the Generali Group in 2000, held numerous roles of responsibility in Banca Generali, the Generali Group and Generali Italy, for which he now plays as Chief Marketing & Distribution Officer. Oddone also gained significant experience in Alleanza Assicurazioni, where he served as Marketing and Distribution Manager from 2015 to 2020.
President Andrea Mencattini, the Country Manager and CEO of Generali Italia Giancarlo Fancel and all the Councilors of Alleanza Assicurazioni express their thanks to Davide Passero “for the excellent work done in recent years under the leadership of the Company and for its 25 years of commitment in the General Group”.
