Stellantis, in the second quarter revenues +13%, Filosa “Continue Progress”

AMSTERDAM (PAESI BASSI) (ITALPRESS) – Stellantis announced the results of the second quarter of 2026, with net revenues rising by 13% on an annual basis and pairs to 43,5 billion euros. The improvement was mainly driven by North America, up by 32% on an annual basis, and supported by South America, up by 6% on an annual basis, while the enlarged Europe did not record changes and the Middle East and Africa and Asia-Pacific regions are in slight decline. Net profit improved to 0.3 billion euros in the second quarter of 2026, reflecting higher volumes and further improvement of operating performance.
The group emphasizes that the results of the second quarter are “positive, a good start for FaSTLAne 2030. We have recorded a year-on-year improvement of all financial indicators and major execution priorities: significant return to profitability; Free Cash Flow again positive in the second quarter; the first half is much stronger than last year.”

With the strategic plan FaSTLAne 2030 in full implementation and the exciting launches of products planned for this year that proceed according to the plans, we remain confident about the financial guidance for 2026″, comments Antonio Filosa, CEO of Stellantis.
Net revenues increased to 43,5 billion euros (+13% compared to the second quarter 2025); AOI amounted to 0.8 billion euros in the second quarter of 2026, with an AOI margin of 1.8% (+120 basic points year by year); Industrial Free Cash Flow positive for 1 billion euros (+1 billion compared to last year).
Sales in North America are growing by 6% year on year, in Europe growing by 3% year on year (+7% including Leapmotor sales). Solid positions in South America, where market leadership continues, and in the MEA region, with growth in China-Asia Pacific, “despite the many challenges in each of these areas.”
The group is “on the good road to reach the guidance for the entire 2026 exercise” and confirms the expectation of achieving a positive Industrial Free Cash Flow in 2027. Stellantis talks about “solid startup of the implementation of FaSTLAne 2030. The plan is fully operational and is facing some of the main structural challenges: widening of market coverage, thanks to the introduction of products such as the new Ram 1500 SRT TRX, the Dakota Ram launched in Brazil, DS N°7 and Fiat Grande Panda with thermal engine; interventions on costs through the VCP (Value Creation Program), including measures to reduce processing costs, logistic costs – with significant improvements to Europe – and the OPEN
“The VCP (Value Creation Program) is accelerating with new initiatives to help us achieve the goal of an annual run rate of 6 billion euros in 2028”.
By the end of 2026 will be implemented 40% of the initiatives that make up the 6 billion euros.
In 2027 the AOI will benefit from €2.4 billion – 40% of 6 billion – as well as the partial impact of the initiatives implemented during 2027. Stellantis is also “registering significant initial progress on the VCP (Value Creation Program)” and is “on the good road to reach the goals of 2026 and 2027”.
