ROMA (ITALPRESS) – UniCredit has granted, a bilateral mortgage loan, of Euro 32.5 mln, to Wonder SPV Srl, cartolarization vehicle pursuant to art.7.2 L.130/99, aimed at supporting the purchase and residential development of Pacific Living, in Rome, in the prestigious district of Eur.
In a first phase of the project 120 apartments will be built, of which 35 are intended to promote access to the House as a symbolic generator of social cohesion, and then proceed to the realization of more 150 real estate units. The initiative of value is an expression of the new season of renewal and relaunch that the City is experiencing, with objective recognition of its rediscovered centrality and ability to be protagonist in the challenges of the reuse of the territory.
An intervention that combines architectural quality and aesthetics; technological progress aimed at energy saving and the reduction of air and acoustic pollution; the ability to accommodate green, not simply as an aesthetic complement, but as a fragment of nature.
