ROMA (ITALPRESS) – Promoting business culture and enhancing the role of entrepreneurs and management as engines of business competitiveness: this is the goal of the partnership between 4.Manager and Gruppo Il Sole 24 ORE, designed to accompany Italian companies in a phase of strong discontinuity. In a complex geopolitical and economic context, marked by market pressures, regulatory evolution and technological acceleration, organizational culture becomes an enabling factor to govern change, strengthen decision-making capacity and consolidate the trust of people, customers and stakeholders.
The project relates two reference realities in their respective fields: on the one hand the publishing group leader in economic and financial information; on the other the association created by Confindustria and Federmanager to support the growth of managerial skills and the competitiveness of enterprises. The heart of the initiative will be the realization of a permanent deepening space in the section Radiocor de ilsole24ore. on the theme of corporate culture, conceived as a place of account, meeting and confrontation between the productive world, management and communities of the territories.
Powered by the data and analyses of the 4.Manager Observatory, the Radiocor study space will collect and disseminate quantitative analysis and qualitative readings on organizational models, leadership practices and people’s involvement tools, with the aim of highlighting the links between corporate culture, performance and attractiveness.
The program will include thematic insights and territorial focus, research and enhancement initiatives of human capital, insights into innovation and industry trends: from digital and green transition to internationalisation and new skills. The content will be returned with a path and an online and multichannel editorial strategy, with format designed to make content accessible and useful to companies of different size.
The diffusion of the content will be enhanced by the crossmedia that distinguishes the Il Sole 24 ORE Group, through an integrated ecosystem that combines paper, digital, radio, podcast, television and events. Articles, rubrics and specials, as well as multimedia contributions and moments of deepening live, will be the useful tools to promote a widespread diffusion of the evidence and stimulate an informed debate on priorities and strategic choices for the productive system.
The project will include a roadshow on the territories with four stages dedicated to comparison with local enterprises, associations and stakeholders, to collect experiences, identify effective practices and bring out the specificities of the different productive contexts, and a final event of national reach during which the presentation of the report on corporate culture will be held by Observatory 4.Manager.
“The partnership with the Il Sole 24 ORE Group was born of a clear conviction: enterprise culture is a decisive factor in the competitiveness of the production system,” says Stefano Cuzzilla, President of 4.Manager. “In a phase of deep transformation, enterprises are called to evolve not only on the technological level, but also organizational, adopting more solid, inclusive and capable models of attracting talent. In this path management has a central role, because it connects vision, people and results. Italian manufacturing is a place where innovation, skills and culture integrate to generate value. Today more than ever it is necessary to strengthen this awareness and restore centrality to those who produce, design and guide businesses. With this initiative we want to create a stable space of analysis and comparison, able to tell the company for what it really is: a motor of development, innovation and social cohesion. Because the most urgent challenge is not only economic, but cultural: it concerns the country’s ability to recognize and value its potential.”.
“In an international political and economic scenario difficult and uncertain as the current one,” comments Federico Silvestri, CEO of Gruppo Il Sole 24 ORE, “it is necessary that Italian companies respond proactively and, to this end, a simple good strategy is not enough. We need an organization that can interpret change, react consistently and maintain internal and external trust. And this is where the corporate culture comes into play as a compass to give a direction. When markets become unpredictable, enterprises are likely to move fragmented, chasing successive emergencies. Shared values, clear mission and common vision allow you to make quick decisions without losing identity. And the communication of the advantages, still too often underestimated, of the corporate culture as a fundamental asset and the tools to implement it correctly is the contribution that the partnership between our Group and 4.Manager wants to give to our industry to support it in resilience. Because a strong production system is the basis of the future and well-being of our entire society.”.
