ROMA (ITALPRESS) – “Forza Italia promotes responsibility, concreteness and merit, focusing on generational collaboration and active involvement of young people to advance the country”. This was declared by the Minister for Public Administration, Paolo Zangrillo, intervening in video-connection to the event “Azzurra Libertà”, the national festival of Forza Italia Giovani in Montesilvano. “With this vision we wanted to introduce specific tools to facilitate the entry of young people into the public sector: access to ITS Academy graduates, apprenticeship contracts and work-training for students under the age of 24, as well as internships and graduates through the inPA portal. All this, in the context of a government action that has focused on structural policies that can create more than one million more employees and reduce youth unemployment to the historical minimum (18.9%)”.
The Minister further stressed the results of the actions undertaken to make public administration increasingly attractive to young people and not only: “The times of public competitions have been reduced from 780 days to 5 months, with completely digitized procedures (via the inPA portal) and about 800,000 new recruits in 4 years. Moreover, it has become law the reform on the evaluation of merit, which will allow access to the managerial roles to those who demonstrate with the facts of being able to bring results. In this sense, the training of public personnel has also been strengthened, from less than 1 day a year to more than 40 hours a year depending on the Syllabus platform”. Zangrillo reiterated that the final goal of his mandate is to transform public administration from a bureaucratic obstacle to a modern, attractive and competitive resource led by new skills. “In this context each of us represents a fundamental piece of the mosaic complex in which we are called to do our part: Forza Italia will continue to stand out to be the party of competence, the party of merit that gives access to things because the future is now”, concluded the minister.
