The Grand Prix Prize for Institutional Communication 2026

ROMA (ITALPRESS) – At the Sala della Regina in Palazzo Montecitorio, the award ceremony of the first edition of the Grand Prix of Institutional Communication 2026 was held. The event focused on the professionalism and skills of those involved in institutional communication, enhancing the projects carried out by institutions, public bodies, associations, enterprises and representative bodies. The award, organized by Touchpoint, the world’s benchmark of communication and marketing published by Oltre La Media Group, and by Ital Communications, in collaboration with Assocomunicatori, focuses on ideas, strategies, results and real impact. The goal is to contribute to the dissemination of good practices, to raise the level of institutional communication and to support an ecosystem that must be increasingly transparent, inclusive, innovative and oriented to the citizen. The Grand Prix of Institutional Communication 2026 has rewarded the best initiatives developed in the fields of Public Communication – Society in house, Communication and Sport, Foundations – Financial and Banking, Civic and Social Communication, Communication of the Intermediate Corps and of the Employers’ Representation, Institutional Communications Public Society, Public Communication – Continual Training, Public Communication – Territorial Authorities, Communication of the Intermediate Corps and of Workers’ Representation
For Francesco Battistoni, President of the Chamber of Deputies: “Institutions change, language evolves, stakeholders multiply and for this reason they serve communication models that are increasingly effective and that they can propose new narratives and new skills. In a changing social and economic context, uncertain and complex institutional communication plays a fundamental role in maintaining the trust between citizens and institutions. The Grand Prix of Communication is born with this aim: to focus on ideas, strategies, results and the real impact that the way to communicate has on society and citizens. What we do today is to give recognition to the quality and ability of those who have succeeded in distinguishing themselves in their own sector, and has done so by strengthening the general interest of communities and society”.
According to Roberto Marti, President of the Commission Culture and Cultural Heritage, Public Education, Scientific Research, Senate Entertainment and Sport: “I thank and greet all the organization for this important initiative, which today celebrates excellence in the different sectors of institutional communication. Communicating is fundamental: it means being able to bring in the homes of citizens a clear, effective and quality information, strengthening the relationship between institutions and the community. I bring greetings from the Senate of the Republic and I address my compliments to all those who, with their work, contribute daily to promoting good institutional communication.”
Federico Mollicone, President Commission Culture, Science and Education of the Chamber of Deputies, noted: “The communication professional is called to ensure the traceability of information, the protection of the paternity of content, maintaining the responsibility of the person and the quality of public information. It is a genuine democratic infrastructure, indispensable to guarantee the exercise of rights and to preserve that unrepeatable trust pact that unites citizens to the institutions of the Republic. In this legislature I fought for the recognition of profesto operate in digital, social and institutional communication within the Public Administration. Now, the most important challenge concerns the protection of these professions, even in the light of the assertion of artificial creative intelligence. On this front, the Government has already intervened, together with the rules adopted at European level, but as the Editorial Commission we intend to start a cognitive investigation on the impact that artificial intelligence will have on the trades of communication. This award is therefore a great news, because it contributes to enhancing and recognizing a profession that requires great passion, competence, continuous updating, responsibility and propensity to innovation.”
Attilio Lombardi, Founder of Ital Communications, said: “We are pleased to have created the Grand Prix of Institutional Communication, an initiative created to enhance excellence and merit. We want to recognize people, organizations and projects that, through an innovative vision, contribute to community growth and the development of professional skills. Giving value to these experiences means promoting a culture of quality and innovation, focusing on those who work for the territory and for the modernization of the country. Our award wants to be a stimulus to get involved, to confront new experiences. We believe that recognizing the importance of a project or professionalism is also an opportunity to create new opportunities for meeting and collaboration. With the Grand Prix we want to foster relationships, open new professional perspectives and give space to ideas and skills that can produce a positive impact on people and territories.”
For Domenico Colotta, President of Assocomunicatori: “Today institutional communication is much more than a tool to disseminate information: it is one of the main means by which an institution builds a relationship of credibility towards its interlocutors. With the first edition of the Grand Prix of Institutional Communication, we have intended to reward those subjects who have worked in this sense. In a society characterized by the speed of information, the multiplication of sources and the presence of Artificial Intelligence, the value of communication is not only measured on the ability to gain visibility, but on that to speak with authority, without sacrificing the ability to listen”.
Andrea Crocioni, Director of Touchpoint, noted: “As Touchpoint, a benchmark in the communication world, we have always observed and told the evolution of the sector, identifying ideas, languages and models capable of creating value. From this experience, together with Assocomunicatori and Ital Communications, a shared vision was born: enhancing institutional communication as a fundamental lever to build trust and relationship with citizens and communities. The Grand Prix of Institutional Communication has taken shape by careful scouting and the common will to define high standards, rewarding the most virtuous projects for quality, innovation, transparency and real impact. This initiative aims to contribute to the recognition of the best experiences present today and help to guide the future of institutional communication in a positive sense.”
