Sace awarded by Txf as best Export Credit Agency of the year

ROMA (ITALPRESS) – SACE, the Italian Export Credit Agency participated by the Italian Ministry of Economy and Finance, was awarded as the best Export Credit Agency of the year by TXF, the international player specialized in services dedicated to the world of export credit, within the TXF Industry Choice Awards.

The award was announced on the occasion of TXF Global 2026, a reference event for the international export finance community, which gathered for three days over 1,500 delegates, 280 speakers and representatives from more than 60 countries.

“The recognition – we read in a note – rewards excellence, innovation and the ability to team SACE in the European and global market of export finance, confirming its role as a reference partner not only for Italian exporting companies, but also for their foreign counterparts, also in the light of the new Strategic Plan SACE50”.

The Industry Choice Awards are based on an investigation that involves hundreds of exporters, buyers and international export credit operators called to express their ratings on factors such as market expertise, ability to effectively support customers and innovation propensity.

A method that makes the TXF Industry Choice Awards a direct expression of the appreciation of the operators with whom SACE works every day. The TXF jury also awarded three major international SACE operations alongside Italian exporting companies: the SSAB operation in Sweden for the construction of a totally green steel plant (Europe Deal of the Year); the Sonangol operation in Angola for the development of an energy project (Africa Deal of the Year); the NCL NextGen Class I operation for the construction of a new cruise ship (Transport Deal of the Year).

“The recognition of TXF strengthens SACE’s international position and rewards an operational model based on the ability to integrate insurance-financial instruments, sectoral skills and presence on foreign markets, in support of the competitiveness of Italian companies and their sustainable growth in the world,” concludes the note.
