Mimit, 32 million to enhance the industrial property of Pmi

ROMA (ITALPRESS) – In the Official Journal, the Governing Decree has been published, which has the reopening, for the year 2026, of the measures Brevetti+, Disegni+ and Marchi+, with a total allocation of 32 million euros to support small and medium Italian companies in the protection and enhancement of industrial property, favouring innovation, design and protection of brands and strengthening their competitive ability on the markets.

The Mimit notes that, “with these additional resources gives continuity to the three instruments – according to the addresses defined for the three-year period 2024-2026 by the Minister of Enterprise and Made in Italy, sen. Adolfo Urso – accompanying companies in the development and economic exploitation of their intangible assets and transforming them into concrete growth opportunities.”.

For the Brevetti+ measure there are 20 million, in support of the economic valorisation of patents and their use in production processes and on the market. Drawings+ is intended for 10 million, to accompany companies in the enhancement of designs and models, from production to marketing. For Marchi+, 2 million are planned to support the protection of Italian brands in the European Union and international markets. The new notices, which are issued by DGIAI del Mimit within the next 30 days, will define the terms and arrangements for submitting applications for assistance.
