SASSARI (ITALPRESS) – Starting from 1 July 2026, Maurizio Molinari will be appointed Editorial Director of the SAE Group, succeeding Antonio Di Rosa, who will take the position of Director of La Stampa. In the new role, Molinari will be responsible for coordinating the development of editorial activities of the SAE Group and development in the United States. The SAE Group also announces the appointment of Giacomo Bedeschi to Director of La Nuova Sardegna, a post that succeeds Luciano Tancredi who will join the direction of La Stampa with the role of Vice-Director Vicar. The leader of La Provincia Pavese will arrive instead Manila Alfano, journalist who joined the SAE Group in 2025.

Maurizio Molinari, journalist and essayist, has held leading roles in the Italian information scene during his career. He was Director of La Stampa and subsequently Director of La Repubblica, as well as working for a long time as correspondent and editorialist.
Giacomo Bedeschi begins his journalistic career in Emilia Romagna. He joined the SAE Group in December 2020, taking over the direction of Gazzetta di Modena, Gazzetta di Reggio and La Nuova Ferrara. He then directed La Nuova Sardegna and, in 2025, the Province Pavese.
Manila Alfano has worked for more than twenty years in Il Giornale dealing with foreign and current affairs, then to the SAE Group where he directed the Mamme Magazine portal and developed collaborations with Il Tirreno, La Nuova Sardegna and La Provincia Pavese. During his career he signed articles for Il Foglio, Donna Moderna and The Bunker magazine. She is author of several books and teaches sports communication at IULM in Milan.
