ROMA (ITALPRESS) – The Board of Directors of Railways of the Italian State, which met today, took note of the resignation of Stefano Antonio Donnarumma from the post of managing director and general manager of the Group.
The President Tommaso Tanzilli, on behalf of the whole Council, expressed his thanks to Stefano Antonio Donnarumma “for the work carried out under the guidance of the Italian FS Group”, recognizing “the commitment, professionalism and contribution assured in the pursuit of the company’s strategic objectives and the development of the main industrial programmes”.
“The Board of Directors will initiate the procedures envisaged to ensure full continuity of the governance and activities of the Group, in compliance with the statutory provisions and regulations in force – read in a note. The Italian FS Group confirms its commitment to the implementation of the Industrial Plan, ensuring operational continuity, management efficiency and full implementation of investment programmes at the service of the country’s mobility”.
