After almost a decade in New York, Emanuele Grasso returns to Italy, bringing more than 30 years of experience in consulting on three distinctive strands of corporate finance in which he will operate FTI: Restructuring & business crisis, Corporate transformation, Extraordinary finance operations.
During his career, he played a leading role in many transformational deals, supporting clients in acquisition, dismissal and strategic integration that redefined competitive positioning and accelerated growth and value creation paths alongside banks, private equity funds, insurance companies, asset managers, payment operators and other global institutions active in Financial Services.
In this evolutionary development activity you can count on the experience of Claudio Costamagna – Chairman of CC & Soci – member of the board of directors for more than ten years and from 2025 Lead Independent Director of the company listed at NYSE. In this context, FTI is strengthening support for Italian customers, investing in the inclusion of highly specialized professionals and in the expansion of the offer of financial services of the Milan office.

Before joining FTI Consulting, Emanuele Grasso was a partner in PwC’s Transaction Services team in New York. He was previously based in Milan, where he contributed to the expansion of the European PwC financial services team and founded a successful sports division specialized in football finance.
