ROMA (ITALPRESS) – Marco Ferrero, formerly Chief Country Officer and Executive Board Director of Nexi Italy, is the new CEO of Edenred Italia, where he will be responsible for guiding business development, development of solutions and the technological transformation path of the company. He is now the Chief Operating Officer Benefits & Engagement of Edenred.
Graduated in Physics and with a Master’s degree from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, Marco Ferrero began his career in Bain & Company in 1997, then entered Vodafone in 2007, where he was appointed Head of Consumer Products in 2009 and subsequently Regional Vice President in 2011. In 2014 he joined CartaSi as Italy Sales Director. Since 2017 he has worked in Nexi Italy, initially as a Commercial Director and, since 2022, as Chief Country Officer and Executive Board Director. Throughout his career he has led complex organizations and growth, partnership and digital innovation projects in regulated sectors.
