Edenred appoints Fabrizio Ruggiero Chief Operating Officer for Benefits & Engagement

ROMA (ITALPRESS) – Edenred announces in a note the appointment of Fabrizio Ruggiero, with effect from 28 September 2026, to Chief Operating Officer, Benefits & Engagement and member of the Edenred Executive Committee. Ruggiero will return to Bertrand Dumazy, President and CEO of Edenred. It will happen in Arnaud Erulin, who will leave the Group to assume new responsibilities.

As Chief Operating Officer for Benefits & Engagement, Fabrizio Ruggiero’s mission is to “strengthen Edenred’s leadership as the world’s most reliable digital platform of Benefits & Engagement”. As part of Edenred’s Amplify strategic plan, its role will include “the acceleration of customer acquisition and the generation of greater growth of the average embroidery per user, thanks to the upselling and cross-selling of the unrivalled portfolio of Edenred solutions.” The roadmap also provides “the development of new services for business partners, as well as innovations based on artificial intelligence”
