ROMA (ITALPRESS) – The Minister of Enterprises and Made in Italy, Adolfo Urso, has signed the decree that governs the disbursing of approximately 198 million euros in favor of the companies remaining excluded from the facilities of the previous Transition Plan 5.0, concerning the two-year 2024-2025, for exhaustion of the resources, while having received from the GSE the communication of technical regularity of the investment. The contribution will cover the costs incurred for self-production plants of electricity from renewable sources intended for self-consumption, including storage systems, and for certifications provided for by the measure.
The total amount of EUR 197.7 million was EUR 57.7 million for 2026, 80 million for 2027 and 60 million for 2028. The contribution, at a loss, does not contribute to the formation of the taxable income or the taxable base IRAP and will be paid in more annual quotas, in proportion to the resources available for each year.
The amount will be proportional to the eligible costs, within the limit of the recognizable change for the same expenses under Transition 5.0. If the resources were not sufficient, the contributions will be reduced proportionally. The beneficiary companies will be listed in a list made public by the Ministry on the basis of information transmitted by the GSE and will have to submit the application for delivery in the manner and in the terms that will be fixed by a subsequent directive.
