MILAN (ITALPRESS) – MPS has announced the launch of two public offers of voluntary, contextual and parallel exchange, entirely in shares, on the totality of ordinary shares of Banco BPM and Banca Generali. In the first case for approximately 25.31 billion, in the second for approximately 8.72 billion. The total amount is approximately 34 billion euros. Value creation opportunities amount to approximately € 2.6 billion per year, of which approximately € 800 million from the integration of Mediobanca. He communicates it in a note Monte dei Paschi of Siena, reporting the decisions of the Board of the Senese bank whose goal is to “create a new national champion of reference”.
