Financial education, UniCredit kicks off the “Conversations on Money”

ROMA (ITALPRESS) – It takes place on 28 May, beginning at 18 in Rome at the headquarters of Nativa s.r.l. Benefit Company (Via degli Ausoni 1), the first meeting of the 2026 edition of “Conversations on Money”, the financial education program offered free of charge by the Banking Academy of UniCredit.
Conversations on money is the free financial education program, realized by the Banking Academy – ESG Italy of UniCredit, to learn how to manage money, understand financial, insurance and social security issues with a look always attentive to the impact that social and cultural dynamics and gender preconceptions have on the financial economic choices we make.
The theme of the meeting will be “I have a project in the drawer, but few savings aside. Can I make it? “ Spoiler: yes, but with the right planning!” The meeting will be moderated by Clara Morelli of Chora & Will Media and will involve managers of the Bank and professionals specialized in economic psychology and consumption. The themes of how to start investing and the role of cultural emotions and conditioning in changing or sabotaging our economic decisions will be deepened in a simple and practical way. Some forms of economic violence will also be analyzed with the support of the professionals of Fondazione Libellula present at the meeting.
“In UniCredit we believe that financial education can make a difference in people’s lives, especially the most vulnerable, contributing to the sustainable development of communities and greater social inclusion. With this path we want to strengthen autonomy and confidence, helping people develop financial skills that foster a more aware relationship with money. A commitment that we feel even more urgent for women, who still face significant differences: contrasting stereotypes and prejudices is essential to promote a more equitable and inclusive society”, says Annalisa Areni, Head of Clients Strategies of UniCredit.
The stage of Rome is the first of a journey that will continue during the year with meetings in Trento (24 June), Bari (6 October) and one last online (25 November).
