Pnrr, Foti “Via libera da Commissione Ue alla progetto di controllo dell’Italia”

ROMA (ITALPRESS) – “The approval by the European Commission of the proposed revision of the PNRR allows the Government to strengthen strategic investments in order to further align the Plan to the survivors needs of the Nation, to support, with approximately 2,5 billion euros, the competitiveness of the productive system, the energy efficiency of the ERP housings, the reduction of the energy costs of the families and to strengthen the strategic infrastructures like the water and railway sector”. The Minister for European Affairs, the PNRR and the Cohesion Policies, Tommaso Foti, said this, following the positive assessment by the European Commission of the proposal for revision of the National Resumption and Resilience Plan, approved by the PNRR Directing Booth on 3 June and illustrated by the Minister himself to the Budget and Policies Committees of the European Union of the Chamber and Senate. “The important result achieved is the result of intense work and shared with the administrations, with Parliament and especially with the European Commission, which I thank for the positive work, constructive and pragmatic, which has always accompanied all the interlocutions and for sharing with the Government the adoption of effective solutions in the exclusive interest of the nation,” Foti concluded. The approval of the revision will be completed by the end of August with the adoption, by written procedure, of the implementing decision of the Council of the European Union.(ITALPRESS).
