ROMA (ITALPRESS) – From the Meloni government to the smaller islands resources up to half a million to realize or redevelop a museum space dedicated to the civilization of the sea. The 35 municipalities that fall on the islands can participate, but also the Unions, Foundations, Regions and other bodies. Applications must be submitted by 5 October 2026.
“This further initiative – says the Minister for the Policies of the Sea Nello Musumeci – aims at two objectives: to preserve the identity testimonies that narrate the multi-secular relationship of the islanders with the sea and to equip those wonderful places of a modern, innovative and attractive museum structure for cultural tourism”.
