“I recall my call for situations throughout the Middle East, where the intensification of military operations has brought violence and destruction, putting gravely at risk the lives of numerous civilians and aggravating the shortage of drinking water and electricity. From the bottom of the exhort heart all parties involved in suspending attacks and urgently reopening areas of dialogue and diplomacy, to reach as soon as possible the peace so desired throughout the region,” he added.
