Too often, today the owners face a real limestone to return in possession of their own property. And, in addition to being unfair, this creates enormous economic and social damage. This is why we decided to cut the time for the execution of the evictions and introduce an urgent procedure to obtain the executive title judicially and, therefore, the release of the property”, he adds.
“For too long, homeowners have been treated as standard citizens B. Think of the surreal debate that triggers every time you address the issue of evictions or the eviction of occupied houses: the owners are labeled as ‘class enemies’, people insensitive to ‘rights’ of morbid and abusive. An ideological narrative, which trampls both the rights of the owners but also of whom a house would like to have it. Because if the owners know that their rights will not be defended by the state, then the available houses will be less and higher and higher. That is why, since our settlement, we are working to break this vicious circle and reverse the paradigm.
