The positive outcome of the Annual Monitoring Programme of the ISO 37001 Certification, issued by Rina, confirms the solidity of Leonardo’s Anticorruption System and the constant commitment to the evolution of its governance models, in line with the best international best practices. The new ISO 37001:2025 is a step further in the evolution of the internal control and risk management system, strengthening an increasingly culturally oriented approach to compliance. The audits carried out by the external certifying body have confirmed the effectiveness of the supervisory boards adopted by Leonardo for the prevention of corruption, as well as the ability to address in a structured way the new challenges affecting the economic and social context, including those related to climate change and the management of conflicts of interest.
