ROMA (ITALPRESS) – Today the Shareholders’ Meeting of Italian State Railways has been convened, which has appointed the new Board of Directors composed by Tommaso Tanzilli, Gianpiero Strisciuglio, Pietro Bracco, Franco Fenoglio, Silvia Marzot, Loredana Ricciotti and Daniela Rota. The Board of Directors is appointed for the three-year period 2026-2028.
The Assembly then appointed Tommaso Tanzilli President. The Shareholders’ Meeting thanks the members of the Board of Directors who are leaving for the valuable work done.
Later the Board of Directors of Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane, met today under the chairmanship of Tommaso Tanzilli, appointed Gianpiero Strisciuglio as CEO, also giving him the post of General Manager.
“The new Chief Executive Officer and General Manager are given delegates and powers in continuity with those of the previous management. The President confirmed the internal control delegates and institutional representation,” explains the Group in a note.
The new Board, meeting for the first time after the appointment by the Shareholders’ Meeting today, is also composed by Pietro Bracco, Franco Fenoglio, Silvia Marzot, Loredana Ricciotti and Daniela Rota.
