It may concern specific functions, legislative or administrative – Schillaci added – It would not be constitutionally consistent to attribute, generically, to the regions further forms of autonomy on health protection, understood as total matter, instead possible. where the conditions are met, assess the transfer of individual functions relating to tariff management, health investments, supplementary funds, the use of resources for staff and additional benefits.”.
