The merger is part of the strategic path of rationalization of Country Italy undertaken in recent years and further confirms the strong competences of integration by the Group, which have generated growth and value for all stakeholders. The operation is structured in order to ensure the safeguard of the brand, identity and distribution network of Alliance. The completion of the merger is expected within the first half of 2027, subject to the obtainment of the necessary authorizations by IVASS and the completion of the related compliance with law”.
