Forum Federmanager, focus on award-winning tax, management and youth

ROMA (ITALPRESS) – An award-winning corporate tax for SME growth, the inclusion of professional managers in the Mattei Plan and a competitive tax regime for young talent under 40: these are the three structural proposals launched by Federmanager to the Government and political forces, at the National Forum of the Federation held in Rome at the Antonianum Auditorium. “We call for selective and measurable investments to increase the Italian production system – explained the President of Federmanager Valter Quercioli – first: incentive tools and a corporate tax rewarding and selective for SMEs, aimed at dimensional growth and management, accompanied by a far-sighted industrial policy that can enhance the strategic productive assets of the country. Second: insert manageriality in the Mattei Plan. The state must co-finance through professional voucher managers capable of flanking the Pmi and industrial districts to guide them in the complex African markets. Third: a competitive tax for highly qualified young people and young management, in order to stop their escape abroad. With these three concrete proposals we want to collaborate with institutions to enhance talent and merit”. The President in the course of his speech presented the “Manifesto Federmanager 2026 – 10 concrete proposals of policy”, a programmatic document born from the constructive confrontation with the territories, the commissions of the sector of the Federation and the productive world, in a constant dialogue with the different institutional levels. “The Manifesto – the President highlighted – identifies in management a real intangible strategic infrastructure, understood as a special form of human capital capable of interpreting change and multiplying the extraordinary potential of Italian entrepreneurship”. Among the highlights of the document is, in particular, the National Plan for the management of 20 thousand industrial SMEs, aimed at promoting the dimensional leap of enterprises through management contracts, temporary management and mentoring paths for the generational passage. Ample space in the Manifesto is also dedicated to two themes of great relevance as a technological transition and Artificial Intelligence, considered a formidable accelerator of efficiency. On the Quercioli point he wanted to point out that “technology alone does not generate competitiveness: it generates it when it meets organizations capable of governing it”. Federmanager’s Forum 2026 developed in two discussion sessions dedicated to strategic issues for the competitiveness of the country. The future is not inherited. It’s built. It is built with the quality of people, organizations and institutions.
