TORINO (ITALPRESS) – The Ferrero Company Management met with the National and Territorial Trade Union Organizations of Fai-Cisl, Flai-Cgil, Uila-Uil and the Ferrero Trade Union Coordination of the RSU and the Trade Network’s Trade Union Representations. During the meeting, on the basis of what was agreed in the current Corporate Integrative Agreement, the figure of the Objectives (PLO) Liaison Award for the financial year 2025/2026 was determined.
“The target amount reached, for the reference period, is 2.730 euro gross and is determined by the trend of two parameters: the economic result, unique for the whole company (which aims to determine 30% of the prize), and the management result (70% of the prize) linked to the specific trend of each plant/area – communicates Ferrero in a note -. The results achieved confirm a particularly significant level of performance: the average percentages of achieving the objectives are higher than 90% compared to the target values provided by the awarding system.
The awards are therefore different in the various locations and precisely: Dawn 2.545.86 gross euro; Commercial area 2.552.23 gross euro; Balvano 2.540,18 euro gross; Pozzuolo 2.426,02 euro gross; Sant’Angelo 2.555.47 gross euro; Staff 2.536.39 gross euro The sums will be paid with the competences of the month of October 2026, as established by the Corporate Integrative Agreement.
In addition, we read again, you can convert a part of the Legated Award to the Objectives in services to people (flexible benefits) through the dedicated platform “Ferrero Care”. This platform, constantly updated and expanded, has enriched further initiatives in the family, health care, supplementary pension, various services and leisure. “People can choose to convert premium shares of Euro 300, 500, 750, 1,000, 1.250 or 1,500. The converted value is not subject to taxation or to contribution and will be further increased by the Company with an additional amount of 20% of the share destined to the welfare, thus amplifying the total benefit recognized to the People – concludes the note -. The Company and the Trade Union Organizations jointly express full satisfaction with the results achieved, focusing on the attention and protection of people, the importance of social ties and recognizing the strategic role of consolidated and profitable industrial relations”.
