It is the time for a radically, authentically progressive policy.” Thus the leader of the 5 Star Movement, Giuseppe Conte, intervening from the stage of Nova, the current party kermesse in Milan. We have written it and we sell it clearly: it cannot count the credit card, it counts the health card, everywhere, all over the territory. Today this right to health, which should be universally offered to all, is not guaranteed equally and equally throughout the territory. “The common note of all the proposals received is that they all live in implementing our constitution.
