“Ringrazio Simone Crolla and AmCham Italy for meeting in Washington, at the same table, institutions, Parliament and enterprises. It is the right way to read this phase: the relationship between Italy and the United States grows when political dialogue becomes concrete projects, from critical minerals to energy, from Pax Silica to trusted technologies. Italy has advanced capabilities to offer, and our companies show it every day on the two shores of the Atlantic. In turn, reliable partners are recognized, and AmCham has been one of the strongest bridges of this friendship for over a century,” said Ambassador Marco Peronaci.
The numbers. According to SACE the Italian export to the United States is worth approximately 70 billion euros in 2025 and has grown of 3.7% in the first eight months of 2026. Now it also needs a trusted meter to measure models.” And he concluded with Ennio, resumed by Cicero in De amicotia: “Amicus certus in uncertain king cernitur: the sure friend is recognized in uncertainty.”.
