Allianz Bank, strategic vision and innovation at the annual Convention “Beyond The Horizon”

ROMA (ITALPRESS) – Allianz Bank Financial Advisors brought together over 2,300 Financial Advisors and the best Allianz S.p.A. Agents. at the annual convention “Beyond The Horizon”, held on Thursday 28 May at the Allianz MiCo congress centre in Milan. The event outlined the Bank’s strategic vision for the next few years, confirming the central role of advanced advice and customer relationship. “To go beyond the horizon means to equip itself today with the skills and clarity necessary to make better decisions, with responsibility and vision – said Paola Pietrafesa, CEO of Allianz Bank Financial Advisors -. ‘Beyond The Horizon’ is not only the title of our Convention, but it represents a concrete commitment: to accompany our consultants and our customers beyond complexity, with advanced tools, strategic vision and an increasingly solid and conscious human relationship. In a changing scenario, the customer does not only seek answers: he seeks someone to trust. For us, artificial intelligence can become a central element as an enabling lever to free time and value, allowing consultants to further engage in customer relationship. For this reason no technological tool will ever replace the role of the financial advisor.”.

In a context characterized by uncertainty of markets, geopolitical evolutions and technological acceleration, at the convention “Beyond The Horizon”, Allianz Bank has therefore strengthened its positioning capable of combining innovation, wealth solidity and centrality of the relationship within the business model. The work was opened by Prof. Marcello Messori, President of Allianz Bank, who outlined the framework of current macroeconomic and geopolitical scenarios, followed by the intervention of Giacomo Campora, CEO of Allianz S.p.A. and Vice President of Allianz Bank, who shared his vision on the future of Allianz Bank and its network. In his speech, Giacomo Campora commented: “Allianz Bank is the only reality in Italy that can offer customers – private and corporate – the entire spectrum of Allianz Group services, integrating financial advice, asset management and corporate risk coverage into a model that few in the world can replicate with the same clarity and depth.”.

Afterwards, the day has divided into four thematic blocks – from strategic vision to the reading of global scenarios, from technological innovation to the value generated for customers and stakeholders – with the presence of prominent guests of the academic, entrepreneurial and financial world, alongside moments of deepening on geopolitical dynamics and the main trends of markets. In this context, the intervention of Alec Ross, Professor of Business School at the University of Bologna, offered a reflection on the geopolitical framework by linking it to the impact of emerging technologies, highlighting the importance of interpreting and governing change. Among the most important moments, the panel dedicated to innovation and artificial intelligence with the participation of leading experts such as the mathematician Prof. Alfio Quarteroni, the technological entrepreneur Andrea Conte, the digital entrepreneur Silvio Pagliani and the neurologist Prof. Ugo Nocentini, who offered a multidisciplinary reading of the changes in place and their impact on the world of decisions and counselling. Then followed the round table, moderated by Andrea Cabrini, Director Class CNBC, on geopolitical scenarios and global markets, with the participation of prominent representatives of some of the Asset Manager Partners of Allianz Bank: Guido Maria Brera, Cofondatore and President of Kairos, Enzo Corsello, Country Head Italy of Allianz Global Investors, Gabriele Foà, Portfolio Manager Strategies Global Credito of Algebris and Ample space has also been dedicated to the themes of operational innovation and support for the Network, with the participations of members of the Bank: Marco Fedi, CIO, Antonio Mocchi, COO and Fabio Corigliano, Head of Credit Management. In the course of their interventions it has been highlighted how the evolution of technological platforms and the integration of artificial intelligence solutions are helping to simplify processes, increase operational efficiency and support consultants in higher value-added activities. A revolutionary onboarding system for customers has also been presented, designed to make the experience even more fluid, digital and quality-oriented.

In the course of the morning the themes related to the evolution of the offer and the brand have been deepened. Deputy Director General and Director Wealth Management & Marketing Carlo Balzarini presented “All Ways”, the consultancy model that will redefine the way of working consultants, projecting them towards increased counselling. Thanks to the integration of innovative solutions such as Aladdin WealthÖ? with other advanced platforms and enhanced by artificial intelligence, this new model aims to build an ecosystem capable of generating added value, enhancing the relationship with the customer through an increasingly evolved and distinctive service. Later, Mario Ruta, Deputy Director General and Commercial Director, underlined how, in the age of artificial intelligence, the real competitive advantage remains in the relationship of trust with the customer and the cohesion of the team: elements that no technology can replicate. Ruta I have confirmed the centrality of the Financial Advisor network, constantly strengthened with the entry of new professionals. This confidence was reconfirmed in the first quarter of 2026. At the end of March, Allianz Bank registered a Total Net Collection of EUR 2.372 million, of which EUR 1,966 million is attributable to the qualified collection (Risparmio Gestito e Vita), placing the first place in the reference classification for individual institutions. Moreover, in the latter segment, the Bank guides the ranking – both for groups and for individual institutions – with a net collection per capita of 0.8 million euros.

The final moment of the Convention was dedicated to social responsibility. The CEO of Allianz Bank, Paola Pietrafesa, welcomed on stage the 2 star chef Michelin, Antonio Guida, accompanied by his wife Luciana Lombardi, engaged in the solidarity project “Fiori Rari”, a foundation created in collaboration with F.I. Do (Fondazione Italia per il Dono), born to support children with disabilities and their families. A concrete testimony that recalled the audience to the values of social commitment and closeness to the community. The day was led by journalist Mia Ceran and animated by the presence of comedian Max Giusti. Allianz Bank thus affirms its evolutionary path by showing itself a reality capable of looking far away and, at the same time, of translating the vision into concrete actions to support its network, customers and community, with the aim of building the future with more confidence and awareness.
