PARIGI (ITALPRESS) – Alain van Groenendael will take on the role of Chairman of the Board of Directors of Arval from 1 April 2027. Annie Pin, who will join Arval on 26 October 2026 as CEO Senior Advisor, will be appointed Chief Executive Officer of Arval from 1 April 2027.
In the coming months, Alain van Groenendael and Annie Pin will work closely, involving Arval and Athlon teams and preparing for the next stage of growth of the company. As CEO of Arval, Annie Pin will report to Thierry Laborde, Chief Operating Officer of BNP Paribas, Head of Commercial, Personal Banking & Services (CPBS).

He contributed to the cohesion of the teams and guided the strategic initiatives that allowed Arval to anticipate and manage the profound changes that are redesigning mobility.
