ROMA (ITALPRESS) – The offer of Poste Italiane on Tim closes with Poste about 85.82% of the capital of the telephone company. “On the basis of the provisional results of the reopening of the terms, where confirmed, Poste Italiane will be holding altogether n. 1.832.917.988 shares Tim, equal to approximately 85.822% of the share capital of Telecom Italia”, we read in a note.
This result was brought into adherence to the offer (including the allocations collected during the period of accession and during the reopening of the terms), altogether, 65.718% of the share capital of Telecom Italia. A total of 1.832,917.988 shares will be held in Italian, accounting for approximately 85,822% of the share capital of Telecom Italia.
In a note, it states that “on the basis of the above-mentioned results (where confirmed), the conditions for the Right to Purchase have not been met pursuant to Article 111 of the TUF or the Joint Procedure. The final results of the Reopening of the Terms will be announced in the Notice on the Definitive Results of the Reopening of the Terms, which will be published by the Offeror by 7:29 (Italian time) of 1 October 2026′′.
