ROMA (ITALPRESS) – The Council of Ministers yesterday gave the green light to the budgetary manoeuvre. Here are all the measures approved
TAGLIO IRPEF
The second IRPEF (33%) rack rises from 50 to 55 thousand euros. The benefit is 500 euro of taxes less a year. With the cuts already made with previous maneuvers, the total savings arrives at 1,200 euros a year.
SANITÀ
The National Health Fund grows by 3.4 billion (of which a billion already foreseen by the last maneuver) compared to 2026. A share of this further increase is bound to strengthen the salaries of first-aid doctors. There is also a 300 euro voucher for over 75 with pension income up to 28,000 euro to be used for expenses not covered by the National Health Service. The interested audience is about 5.5 million people.
GIOVANI
Award for young workers under 30: 2500 euros taxed to 1% of taxes, which can be received in a single solution or in 12 monthly.
RIDOTTA LA CEDOLARE SECCA, PER I GIOVANI ALL’1%
The dry coupon for those renting at agreed fees is reduced from 10% to 5% and falls to 1% for under 35. For the first time the dry coupon on commercial properties is introduced, reduced to 21%.
AUMENTANO ANCORA I CONGEDI PARENTALI
It adds a month more than paid parental leave to 80% of the salary, thus reaching 4 months for everyone. Not only: months become 5 months for the second son and 6 months from the third son onwards.
UN “SALVADANAIO” PER I NUOVI NATI
For each new born the state will put 100 euros on a “salvadanaio” opened by the Inps. The bank can be fed by the family and can be used at the age of 18 for certain items, such as school or university expenses. Alternatively, it may be used as a supplementary pension tool.
AUTONOMI – FLAT TAX FINO A 100MILA EURO
It rises from 85 thousand to 100 thousand euros the threshold to access the flat regime for the autonomous.
ZES UNICA, STANZIAMENTO SALE A 2,4 MILIARDI
Confirmed the Unica ZES for the South. The appropriation still grows and rises to 2.4 billion.
ABOLIZIONE BOLLO DIVENTA STRUTTURALE
The abolition of the stamp already approved in recent months becomes structural.
TARGHE PERSONALIZZATE
New for cars too: the custom plates are coming. Those who want can choose, with a cost, letters and numbers.
SCUOLE
With some of the energy flexibility resources, the installation of air conditioning and heat pumps is funded in all Italian schools.
PENSIONI
Activated a €850 million fund for the flexibility out of the world of work.
CONFERMATI INTERVENTI SCORSA MANOVRA
Confirmed all the measures of the previous manoeuvre at the end of the year, a package of over 9 billion, among them: tax credit for investments in the ZES Unica del Mezzogiorno, taxation to 1% of the productivity premiums, bonuses for working mothers and super deduction of the labor cost to 120% ‘plus less pay’. Also confirmed the tax facilitated to 5% on increases of contractual renewals, which has stimulated the renewal of contracts of more than 4 million and 250 thousand workers.
COPERTURE
Approximately 12 billion euros come from the greater flexibility granted by the two National Escape Clause and the negotiation with the European Union; 5.5 billion euros from the financial sector and the raising of the Tobin Tax, the financial transaction fee; about 700 million from the energy sector; 700 million from the gaming industry and 1 billion cuts to the expenses of the Ministries and the Presidency of the Council.
