Today we have taken a concrete step, buying 21.9% of the capital and going up to 26.85%. With the price of €5,165 per share, which falls within the congruity interval of the value indicated by the advisors of the Board of Trevi, Webuild today recognizes a prize of approximately 49% on the official price of June 26, 2026, date of reference of the offer”: said Webuild CEO Pietro Salini. “Trevi is an Italian excellence in the special foundations that Webuild will be able to grasp further development opportunities thanks to our presence on international markets, for the benefit of its workers and supply chain. The opportunity has been presented to buy some important blocks of Trevi shares and we have read it promptly”, explained Salini pointing out that “the objective is approached, because with 26,85% in hand the path towards the threshold is shorter, sustainable, because the offer is entirely financed by the Group that has a positive financial position, and because the price of 5,165 euros, which is recognized to all, even to those who have already joined the offer extremely interesting”. “At the base of the operation there is a solid industrial project,” added AD. “The goal is to value Trevi: to give it access to a platform of 13,6 billion revenues and 54 billion orders portfolio; to increase employment in Italy and abroad and to build an integrated solution, more competitive in the big races,” he concluded. As part of the public offer of totalitarian voluntary purchase on the ordinary Triune shares, the group reached an agreement with Praude Asset Management Limited, for the purchase of total 9.125.702 Trevi shares, pairs to 13,916% of the capital. Subsequently the group bought on the market another 5,203.726 shares, equal to a share of 7.9%, through eight operations at a price not exceeding 5,165 euros. After purchases, Webuild holds a total of approximately 26.85% of the share capital and voting rights. Since the agreement with Praude Asset Management Limited has been made at a price higher than the Opa’s consideration, it will be recognized to all members who will join the Offer, including those who have already made it, a €5,165 per share.
