The final approval of the law will probably be “in mid-October, but now such a precise forecast cannot be done because then times always determines the Parliament”, he emphasizes. “As regards gender alternation, parties are always responsible for positioning women,” he explains. “We can also formally say there is the 40th and 60th, but maybe the parties place women in colleges where they are lost: it is right that the parties take their responsibility,” in the sense of “ensure women that representation they are entitled to”. On any withdrawals of the Constitutional Court, “we built an electoral law within the scope of the Constitution and within the scope of the Constitutional Court’s ruling” which “had spoken of a threshold of 40%, we raised the asticle to 42%, so we looked after everything the Court said and therefore there should be no problem.”.
