ROMA (ITALPRESS) – The value of the IGI index (Italian Gas Index) for 11 August is 63,44 euro/MWh, in decided rise compared to 10 August at 58,77 euro/MWh. The index, calculated daily by the Energy Market Manager – GME, provides a tool for interpreting and evaluating the dynamics observed on the gas markets in Italy and is proposed as a transparent and replicable reference by operators, for hedging operations and/or for supply contracts.
