Inps, in the second quarter of 2026 decrease the hours of cash integration: -11.1% regarding the previous year

ROMA (ITALPRESS) – In the second trimester of 2026 the number of hours of authorized supplementation has been at an altitude of 119,3 million, -11,1% regarding the same trimester of the previous year in which the authorized hours had been 134,1 million and -7,8% regarding the first trimester 2026 (129,4 million hours). Among the most significant data of the Observatory emerges as the actual circulation of the CIG (i.e. the ratio between hours actually used and authorized hours) for the entire year 2025 is expected to 28.7%, in line with the draw relative to all 2024 in which it had been pairs to 28.3%. In the first 4 months of 2026 the draw is at 20.2% also in this case in line with the values of the first four months of 2025 (21.1%) and 2024 (20.4%). In detail, the ordinary supplementation cash hours authorized in June 2026 were 21,4 million with a sharp reduction in the year compared to the 26.9 million hours authorized in the same month of 2025 (-20.5%). For the entire second quarter of 2026, 56.4 million authorized hours were recorded, decreased both with respect to the previous quarter in which 58.8 million hours had been authorized, and above all with reference to the curtain data (-22.9% compared to 73.2 million hours authorized in the second quarter of 2025).

The number of extra cash hours authorized to June 2026 amounted to 27,4 million, 58,9 million hours with reference to the whole second quarter 2026 in decrease regarding the data of the previous quarter (66,5 million hours authorized) and slightly increase compared to the same quarter of 2025 in which the authorized hours had been 56,1 million. In the second quarter of 2026, the interventions in derogation were still not significant, amounting to about 524 thousand hours. The number of hours authorized in solidarity funds in June 2026 was 1.3 million, 3.4 million hours authorized in the entire second quarter of 2026, decreased both with respect to the same quarter of 2025 (4.7 million hours, -28.2%), and with respect to the previous quarter (4.1 million hours, -17.1%). The number of NASPI beneficiaries in February 2026 was 1,185,188, with a decreased trend (-2.7%) compared to the figure of the same month of the previous year in which beneficiaries had been 1,217.833.
