ACI CASTELLO (CATANIA) (ITALPRESS) – “There cannot be prorogues of the PNRR. The Italian initiative has achieved many objectives. The Italian experience is one of the best at European level. The effects of the PNRR will not end in the coming months.” This was said by the European Commissioner, Raffaele Fitto, intervening in connection from Brussels on the second day of the “ECR Party European Awareness Days”, entitled “A safer Mediterranean for a stronger Europe”, in the province of Catania.
“We are working to reform the Cohesion Policy. Key words are flexibility and simplification; fundamental elements. We’re building targeted strategies. Some issues are addressed to the islands, including insularity,” added Fitto.
