The group Mangia’s closes the 2025 growing, for the 2026 previewed a further improvement

PALERMO (ITALPRESS) – The group Mangia’s – composed of Aeroviaggi and the subsidiaries Pollina Resort and Grand Hotel et Des Palmes – closes on 2025 recording the best performance ever achieved in its more than 50 years of activity. At 31 December, the Aeroviaggi company recorded revenues of 119,064 million (+ 27% vs 2024). At the aggregate level the value of the production has been attested to 138.9 million, +34% regarding the 104 million registered in 2024.

The growth of revenues reflects the positive performance of the sector, with increase in employability and increase in total revenue per room occupied in portfolio structures. The Ebitda amounted to 9,7 million, up 48% compared to 2024, with an Ebitda margin of 8.2%. At an aggregate level, the Ebitda reached 16.7 million, up 68% compared to 2024, with an Ebitda margin of 12%, a result supported by the improvement of the customer mix, the increase in employment levels and an increasingly efficient management of assets. Net operating income amounted to 2.3 million, while aggregate net profit reached 4.8 million.

The company also has a solid assets structure, with a net assets of 159 million and an active total of 308 million at 31 December 2025. At an aggregate level, net assets amounted to 190,5 million, with an active total of 366,7 million. For the next three years the investment plan previews about 180 million, focused on the repositioning and qualitative improvement of the portfolio, the development of new strategic destinations and the requalification of the existing assets. About 40% of the investments will be dedicated to the assets of the new luxury brand Icona’s Collection.

The forecasts for 2026 indicate a further improvement in operating performance, with growth expectations both of turnover and of the Ebitda. To support growth will contribute three new assets in the portfolio: Icona’s Costa Ragusa Resort 5L (part of Icona’s Collection), with scheduled opening on 1 August 2026, Mangia’s Costa Ragusa Borgo 5 stars, with scheduled opening on 1 July 2026, and Acacia Resort, recently joined the Group’s 4 star portfolio.

Among the priorities of the new year are the strengthening of the Group’s position in the luxury and upper-upscale segment, supported by the expansion of Icona’s Collection that aims to reach 10 iconic properties between city hotels and resorts by 2031, as well as the strengthening of brand architecture and international distribution channels.
