TORINO (ITALPRESS) – Exor announces the appointment of Benoit Ribadeau-Dumas to Deputy Chief Executive Officer, starting from 1 July 2026. Ribadeau-Dumas will continue to report to the CEO of Exor, John Elkann, who, from the same date, will also take on the role of Lingotto Chairman, Exor’s investment management company based in London. After more than ten years in the company, Chief Operating Officer Suzanne Heywood expressed the desire to leave its executive positions in January 2027 “to pursue opportunities outside Exor”. However, it will continue to play a role in the governance of the companies participated by Exor, holding the office of President both of CNH and Iveco Group and that of member of the Boards of Directors of The Economist Group and Christian Louboutin.
“Suzanne has made an extraordinary contribution to Exor over the past ten years – said John Elkann –. More recently, he led the new strategic phase of Iveco Group, including the sale of the defence division to Leonardo and the ongoing operation of integration of commercial vehicle and powertrain activities with Tata Motors. I wish you the best and I am grateful for the fact that it will remain close to Exor through its continuous assignments in the Boards of Directors”.
“I am pleased that Benoit takes greater responsibility; this will strengthen our attention on the performance of our societies and on the new opportunities – said Elkann. Finally, I am excited to take over the chairmanship of the Board of Directors of Lingotto, a company we founded in May 2023. Its importance within the Exor portfolio has grown thanks to the excellent yields generated and the achievement of an asset in management over $10 billion”.
