VERONA (ITALPRESS) – Chiara Benciolini is the new president of the Board of Statutory Auditors of Veronafiere Spa, appointed by the Shareholders’ Meeting held on 17 June. Commercial doctor and legal auditor, Benciolini graduated in Economics and Commerce and Juridical Sciences of the Administration.
In the course of his professional activity he has gained significant experience in corporate, tax and corporate consultancy, tax and tax defense and the role of president and component of control bodies of capital companies, also listed. The other members of the Board of Statutory Auditors of Veronafiere are Ludovico Mantoan and Paolo De Mitri. The College will remain in office until budget approval 2028.
