ROMA (ITALPRESS) – With 78 votes in favour and 38 against, the Senate House has definitively approved the draft law on school consent. The measure, already approved by the Chamber, is law.
“With the definitive approval of today’s Senate of the law on informed consent, we protect children from the confusion of gender propaganda and voice the parents on gender identity issues for younger teenage children. In this we apply the Constitution which gives parents the right to educate children. Obviously we claim that certain theories are explained by doctors, psychologists, serious professionals.” Thus the Minister of Education and Merit Giuseppe Valditara. “I also take the opportunity to clarify some aspects that have been instrumentalized. It is not true that with this law one cannot do affective education: the government for the first time has made education to respect, relationships and empathy stable in all grades of school”, continues Valditara.
“It is not true that you will not do sexual education in the biological sense: it will continue to do in science programs in all grades of school. For the first time we introduce in the medium-sized programmes education to the prevention of risks arising from sexually transmitted diseases. In the old National Indications for the first cycle school was not expected. It will also be introduced in science programs for superiors,” he explains. “With this law we protect the growth of young people and promote their balanced maturation.
