ROMA (ITALPRESS) – “Referring to the decree of granting the grace to Mrs Minetti adopted by the President of the Republic, on a favourable proposal from the Minister of Justice, on 18 February 2026, and to the consequent news of the press regarding the alleged falseness of the elements represented in the question of clemency, on indication of the Mr. President, I would like to obtain with courteous urgency the necessary information suitable for finding the foundation of what represented by an organ”. This is the letter that the Presidency of the Republic sent to the Ministry of Justice and made known by the College.
