MILAN (ITALPRESS) – Heineken Italia announces the appointment of Stefaan Anckaert as Sales Director On Trade, with entry into the Management Team of the company, starting today. Anckaert has a solid international experience in the beverage and food service sector, matured in complex and highly competitive contexts, as well as a deep knowledge of the Italian market, where he has worked for over ten years.
After starting his career in AB InBev Belgium, where he held several commercial roles and led marketing strategy for Stella Artois, in 2015 he moved to Italy as Sales Director On Trade, contributing to business growth in the country. In 2018 he joined the European team as a Commercial Director and, the following year, he took the lead of Birra del Borgo as Managing Director, accelerating development and positioning in the craft segment. In 2022 he joined Vandemoortele as Global Director Foodservice, where he led the global business strategy. Since 2023, he has played in Coca-Cola HBC Italia as Sales Director Out of Home, where he has contributed significantly to the growth of turnover and the evolution of the business strategy.
Stefaan’s entry is a key step in the strategic path of strengthening On Premise, with the aim of consolidating value partnerships and developing new growth opportunities in a key channel for the company and the Italian market.
