ROMA (ITALPRESS) – Important emotional loads, complex situations and an alarming number of accidents and accidents at work. It is the framework in which professional educators operate every day, at the forefront of social, health, socio-sanitary and penitentiary services. Professional educators call for the activation of master’s degree to clinical address, concrete safeguards and respect for specific skills. The request came from Rome, where on 30 and 31 October was held the 2nd National Congress “Education Professional Between Education, Research and Practice in Services”, with 200 participants among professionals, teachers, students and representatives of the Orders from all over Italy and the messages of proximity of different Ministries. “That of the professional educator is an extraordinary profession that still suffers an unsuitable social and institutional recognition – says the president of the national albo Commission, Maria Rita Venturini -. Vocational education is not common relational sense: it is science, method, rehabilitation and ethical responsibility encoded.”.
In my view also the splitting of the figure between socio-health and socio-pedagogical, which disorients services and penalizes citizens, whose health and inclusion needs are unitary. The comparison has crossed training, research, European models of social education, artificial intelligence and implementation of Legislative Decree 62/2024 on disability, until the award of posters. The Concluding Assembly with the Presidents and Delegates of the Territorial Commissions reiterated its commitment to strengthen the presence of the profession in the planning offices and to resolve the issue of special exhaustion lists.
