ASSISI (PERUGIA) (ITALPRESS) – The undersecretary of the Council Presidency, Alfredo Mantovano, welcomed the Holy Father, Leo XIV, upon his arrival in Assisi for the meeting with young participants in the “GO! Franciscan Youth Meeting 2026”, in the context of the celebrations for the eighth centenary of the death of St. Francis, Patron of Italy. The Undersecretary will then go to the Basilica of Santa Maria degli Angeli, to attend the Solemn Eucharistic Celebration presided over by the Pontiff, who concludes the work of the Meeting.
