It will be held tomorrow, Thursday 9 July 2026 at 16:30 at “La Lanterna” in Rome, “Out of the box”, the launch event of the Community Welfare Nest Plus and its Magazine WN+ promoted by Welfare Nest Srl SB, the first Italian benefit company specialized in healthcare that accompanies the sector towards a conscious and sustainable evolution.
The focus is on the narrative and future of supplementary health, a strategic infrastructure of 17 million people, today at a crucial crossroads between regulation, integration and financial sustainability.
To outline the vision of the initiative is Damiana Mastantuono, CEO of Welfare Nest:
“The sector is not afraid of rules, but of isolated and non-system measures. It is the season to rethink together the models and for this reason born “Out of the box”, a community that passes from the defense to the proposal and chooses to collaborate openly with media, institutions and market”.
The event, led by Daniele Cerrato and Maria Rosa Alaggio, will open with the intervention of Damiana Mastantuono and will articulate through three key messages: the focus on how and with whom to regulate, starting from art. 29 of the decree PNRR on budgetary obligations; the overcoming of the distance dialogue between sector and institutions in favor of shared practices; the analysis of the great convergences between those who care and those who finance care, between transparency and conflict.

In the evening welfare Nest Plus’s internal work on financial management as a sustainability infrastructure will start, with the contributions of Sanifonds, University of Bologna and Azimut, together with the direct interventions of Community funds: EMAPI, FASDAC and FASI.
The works will be formally closed with a special greeting from Prof. Riccardo Masetti dedicated to the integrated Terapie project – “The dawn after dusk” – to which will follow a networking dinner on the terrace.
