Mipim, Loiero “Italy stable and attractive for international investments”

ROMA (ITALPRESS) – Italy is a protagonist in the major international events dedicated to urban development and investment. On the occasion of the MIPIM 2026, one of the main global events dedicated to real estate and urban transformations, the Councillor of the President of the Renato Loiero Council stressed the new phase that the Nation is going through.

In his speech Loiero first wanted to thank Filippo Rean, Director General of RX France, and Lorenzo Galanti, Director General of the ICE Agency, for the organization of the event, which represents one of the most important moments of international confrontation on cities, investments and territorial development.

The Council also welcomed the President of the Council Giorgia Meloni, recalling what emerged a few days ago at the Italian Investment Council by Remind chaired by Paolo Crisafi, where the President of the Council highlighted how Italy is experiencing a new season characterized by greater economic and institutional stability, reforms oriented towards growth and a renewed ability to attract strategic investments.

According to Loiero, “the data tells a very clear story: Italy is returning to be a credible and competitive nation for international investors, thanks to the quality of its production, the centrality of its cities and the ability to combine economic development, innovation and sustainability. It is no coincidence that, commenting on the Italian Investment Council by Remind, Il Sole 24 Ore has effectively synthesized the thought expressed by several authoritative institutions, from the President of the Council Giorgia Meloni to the Vice-President of the European Commission Raffaele Fitto, from the President of the Chamber Lorenzo Fontana to the Vice-President of the Council Antonio Tajani, with a title that captures the moment we are living: “Italy is stable and has returned to be attractive.”.

And it is precisely on this renewed attractiveness that international comparison opportunities such as MIPIM can continue to build new opportunities for development, collaboration and investment for territories, businesses and communities.” In addition to the institutions, some of the main national and international operators of the enlarged real estate sector, including Marco Daviddi (Ey) and Aldo Mazzocco (Generals).
