ROMA (ITALPRESS) – The Presidency of the Council of Ministers, through the General Advocate of the State, who in turn has delegated a Swiss law firm, has deposited the act of constitution of civil part of the Italian Republic in the criminal proceedings concerning the fire occurred in Crans-Montana between 31 December 2025 and 1 January 2026. The decision – reads in the note – is motivated by the direct damage caused to the Italian state’s heritage because of the huge resources mobilized by the National Civil Protection Service for medical, psychological and logistic assistance to the compatriots involved. In terms of responsibilities, the civil party constitution document highlights how the involvement of local authorities in the event’s genesis is considered extremely likely, justifying the firm demand for refreshment against all civilly responsible subjects.
