ROMA (ITALPRESS) – It was presented at Palazzo Chigi by the President of the Inps Gabriele Fava and the Minister for the Family, Natality and Equal Opportunities, Eugenia Roccella, the new portal of the family and parenthood, a digital ecosystem designed by the Inps that offers in a single digital space, accessible also by apps, 40 Inps performances for the family and parents and 300 services of other audiences The home page of the portal presents the main Inps services for the family, highlighting also those already active. The platform is organized in 7 sections: Services Inps (personalized), Become parents, Child/Children Growth, Disability, Family Centres, Near to You Services. The portal is accessed with Spid or CIE and the navigation experience is divided into intuitive paths, with clear graphic interfaces and multimedia content. Among the services present in the portal Isee, Universal Unique Assign, Newborn Bonuses, Nation Asylum Bonuses, New Mother Bonuses, Social Bonuses, Parental Grants (Maternity and Paternity), Indemnity for Congedes, “Dedicated to You”, European Charter of Disabilities, Revenue of Freedom, Adi, Women Bonuses, Home Workers, Family Book, Family Centres, Child Benefits with Disabilities.
The objective of the project, which marks a new step forward of the new approach of the generative welfare, is to focus the real needs of parents, offering a unique and transparent access point for each phase of the growth of children, according to their family situation and the territory of residence. The portal offers an integrated and personalized user experience, in which all services relevant to the same event are proposed and managed in a coordinated and correlated way to needs and – for the first time in the country – an interinstitutional and interoperable management, which enables collaboration between Inps and other PA, promoting the construction of a shared digital ecosystem.
The section dedicated to the services of other public entities allows direct access to information, guidelines and services, both national and regional, subdivided into Administrative Services (Registration to the Register, Request of the Tax Code, Identity Documents for the Minor); Health and health services for the family (choice of pediatrician, Compulsory and free vaccinations, vaccination calendar, Family counsellors); Support and guidance for parents (territorial social services, welfare services for families with fragility, family caregiver); growth and care of your/or child (Certain kindergarten choice, Children’s School Choice, Primary School Choice and First Grade Secondary School); useful tools (National Population Register, Revenue Agency, Agid).
For Minister Roccella “The Meloni Government is investing a lot on the family, in terms of resources, services, material and intangible support, and it is important that families know all the tools available to them and can access them easily. Having physical and virtual places through which to receive services and orientation is a central element of support that simplifies life to parents and also helps to make sense the closeness of a friendly state. This is the vision behind the new Inps portal for the family and parenting, an initiative that we support with conviction, and which stands at the basis of the action of our government, as demonstrated for example the commitment that, as a ministry, we put in place to strengthen and structure the Centres for the Family. Families and children are the future, supporting them is not an expense but the most important investment.”.
For the president of the Inps Gabriele Fava, “the future of the country is built with stable infrastructure, with reliable services, with decisions that reduce the distance between State and citizens. In this sense the portal is not a point of arrival. It is a burden of greater responsibility. In a fragile demographic context, administrative complexity also becomes a macroeconomic cost. Every hour spent orienting between procedures is an hour removed from work, care, productivity. Every uncertainty about delivery times affects family planning. Institutions cannot determine demographic trends. However, they can choose to accompany it with consistency, efficiency and respect. The family portal takes shape the great project of the reorganization of the Inps Services for Life Events. It does not introduce new performance. It does not change the legislation. It is not an additional financial measure, but a structural choice of simplification, bringing back today’s performance spread in one single click.”.
